They are professional visualizations that reflect with high fidelity how your finished piece will look: the natural gemstone shown is real and one-of-a-kind, and the silver or gold settings match the techniques we use. The final finish may vary slightly because each piece is made by hand.

Almost everything: the metal (sterling silver 925, 10k, 14k, or 18k gold in yellow, rose, or white), the ring size (3 to 12 MX), the setting type (prong, bezel, or halo), personalized inside engraving, and the option to add melee diamonds to highlight the center gemstone.

When you open each product page, before "Add to cart" there is an optional notes field where you write your modifications. That note arrives with your order and we confirm any price adjustment by WhatsApp or email before starting production. You can also write to us directly at ventas@goldshield.com.mx.

The total time is 2 to 3 weeks from order and payment confirmation. This includes handcrafting, quality control, and shipping to your address anywhere in Mexico (insured shipping to the USA).

Yes, every showcase piece includes a 6-month Gold Shield warranty against manufacturing, workmanship, and soldering defects. The natural gemstone is backed by our certificate of authenticity.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cash at OXXO, Mercado Pago, SPEI bank transfer, and interest-free monthly payments with participating cards. For custom pieces a 50% deposit is requested to start production.

No. Shipping is free throughout Mexico with insured, tracked delivery, and we also ship insured to the USA. For extended areas, delivery time may add 1 to 2 business days to the production timeline.

Standard showcase pieces with no modifications have 7 days for return or exchange, as long as they come back unused and in their original packaging. Modified pieces (specific size, engraving, setting change) are unique and, due to their custom nature, are not eligible for return, but they are eligible for size adjustments during the first month.

We offer sizes 3 to 12 in Mexican numbering. If you don't know your size, we can send you a free sizer or use a ring you already wear as a reference. If you need a size adjustment after receiving your piece, we do it free during the first month.

Yes, we offer inside engraving with your name, a special date, initials, or a short phrase at no extra cost. Outside engraving or special fonts are quoted separately based on complexity.
